WHAT IS BUDDA BAHAMAS REWARDS?
Budda Bahamas Rewards is a loyalty program offered by Budda Bahamas (Budda’s Snack Shack & Budda’s Wines & Spirits) to its customers (also referred to as “the Program”). These terms and conditions form the agreement (the “Agreement”) between each customer that participates in Budda Bahamas Rewards (referred to as a “Member”) and Budda Bahamas and its participating affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively “Company”) with respect to the Program. By participating in Budda Bahamas Rewards, Member agrees to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the Program available at rewards.buddabahamas.com. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program terms and conditions. Budda Bahamas reserves the right to disqualify Members who have violated any of the Program terms and conditions. Budda Bahamas reserves the right to change the terms or conditions of the Program or terminate the Program or your membership in the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior written notice. Communications about Budda Bahamas Rewards, including changes to the Program, will be posted on rewards.buddabahamas.com.
Budda Bahamas Rewards is open to any individual at least 18 + years of age. Reward Points are not awarded on any tobacco products or “Budda’s Souvenir” Items. Program membership is only available to individuals. Program membership is not available to corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises, or any other entity, unless written approval is received in advance from administration at Budda Bahamas, in its sole discretion.
MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION:
For membership in the Program there is an initial $10 registration fee to be attached to the completed registration form. This fee covers initial registration and the first year membership for both Budda’s Snack Shack and Budda’s Wines & Spirits. Additional fees may apply at time of application (e.g. An Additional Membership Card). Upon acceptance into the program you will receive 100 complimentary points. Company reserves the right to refuse issuance of a Budda Bahamas Rewards card (the “Card”) to any customer who does not follow the enrollment procedures and the registration fee of $10 will be reimbursed. Member should promptly notify the Program of any changes to personal information, such as name, address, telephone numbers, and email address, either by contacting us at info@buddabahamas.com or by calling 1-242-333-4222/111. Budda Bahamas reserves the right to cancel any membership for which it has incomplete, inaccurate, false or fictitious personal information. In the event that Budda Bahamas terminates the Program or your membership in the Program for any reason, all Budda Bahamas Rewards Points (“Points”) earned on your account will be forfeited. Any fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Card is strictly prohibited and may result in termination or disqualification from the Program. The Card is not a credit card. The Card is the property of Budda Bahamas. Any unauthorized reproduction of the Card may lead to forfeiture of membership in the Program and all Points earned.
YEARLY RENEWAL:
The Card(s) will expire on December 31st of each year. You are given until January 31st of the following year before all Budda Bahamas Rewards points (“Points”) earned on your account will be frozen. Once membership is renewed for an additional year, all points on the account will be allowed to roll over to the next year, and if a hold was put on the card it will be unfrozen. The membership renewal fee can be paid anytime on or after December 01st of any year but can only be renewed for one additional year at a time. Membership renewal fee may change from year to year. If membership is not renewed within one year of the expiration date all Budda Bahamas Rewards points (“Points”) earned on your account will be forfeited. All payments related to the Registration or Renewal of the Budda Bahamas Rewards Program are to be paid in Cash. Credit Cards and Checks will not be accepted as a form of payment for these fees.
Earning & Redeeming Points:
The Card enables a Member of the Program to acquire purchase points on any item purchased at relevant Budda Bahamas locations. (Points from all relevant locations are combined.)
Member must provide his/her membership card associated with the Budda Bahamas Rewards account to the cashier at the participating location before the purchase transaction is completed in order to earn and/or redeem Points. The cashier has the right to ask for identification. Failure to provide identification to the cashier will eliminate the use of Budda Bahamas Rewards on the transaction at hand. Points have a fixed value, may not be redeemed for cash, and are not transferable to any other individual or entity. Any transfer or attempt to transfer Member’s Card or Points shall result in automatic cancellation and revocation of Member’s Points.
When purchasing items and/or services at any Budda Bahamas location, Member may choose to either redeem previously earned Points or continue saving Points to use on a future purchase of items and/or services. Purchase Points will only be earned on the sub total of your transaction. Points will not be earned on the VAT TAX (10%) portion of a transaction that is paid for. If Member elects to redeem earned Points, the Points will be converted into redemption dollars and the value of the redemption dollars will be deducted from the sub total price of the Member’s purchase of items and/or services from the store. Earned Points are converted into redemption dollars at the following rates: $1 spent = 1 point earned; 1 point = 0.03¢ redemption dollars e.g. 100 points = $3 (3% Cash Back). Points can be redeemed after the minimum of $1 has been spent. (The amount of $1 can be generated over multiple transactions as long as the correct Member Card is Used). There is no maximum number of rewards points that can be issued or redeemed in a 24-hour period. When redeeming points, all redemption dollars available must be used at once for that transaction (there is no option to use a portion of the Member’s redemption dollars).
Redemption dollars will not be paid out in cash or store credit at any Budda Bahamas location.
Budda Bahamas may, at any time and without notice, change, eliminate, or terminate the Points earning and redemption procedures and offerings. Upon redemption of Points, the Points will immediately be deducted from Member’s account. Once Points are redeemed, Points cannot be credited back to Member’s account. When returning items paid with redemption dollars, the redemption dollars will be refunded to Member in the form of a new reward. The sale or barter of Points, or any other award or benefit (other than by the Company), is expressly prohibited. Any Points, award, or benefit transferred, assigned, or sold in violation of these terms and conditions will be confiscated and membership in the Program may be terminated.

Member Information and Communications:
By participating in the Program, Member agrees to allow Company to communicate via email, phone and various other channels. Company may use these channels to communicate Member account status, notify Member when they are eligible for a reward, communicate program changes, offer special Member promotions, coupons, information and offerings that may be of interest to the Member, and more. Member information will be protected in accordance with the Online Privacy and Security Policy and/or the Notice of Privacy Practices, as applicable.
